Dear
Family, Friends and Clients,
Spring has finally come to the Northeast and I have been
digging in the
earth planting flowers and taking long walks. As I view
the beautiful blossoms and our yard once again has turned
to green, I am reminded of the faithfulness of our Creator.
I see the absolute beauty around us and can be at peace
in that moment. I have a choice to allow that peace to be
disrupted or not as I travel this world. I look at what
does disturb peace in my own heart and send healing light
to those places, persons, and events. I avoid negative conversations
and sending negative energy to anyone.
I have come to realize the power of prayer, especially calling
on Spirit to "renew the face of the earth." Ask
for that in the world today. I am also realizing the need
to maintain health and strength during stressful times and
have been paying special attention to diet and exercise
habits. I maintain a daily Yoga practice mostly because
it makes me happy. Where do you feel the most joy?
I invite you to reflect in this time of "Spring"
and drink from it's waters. Allow yourself to be renewed
in any way that you need. Joan Borysenko, Ph.D. and I will
present A Gathering of Women™
Weekend Retreat to assist renewal on May 14–16 in

This
deeply moving nationally-known retreat weekend encourages spiritual
renewal and sisterhood. Joan and Elizabeth facilitate a passage
of awakening that transcends religious ideologies.
We
draw on Judeo-Christian, Eastern and other ancient wisdom traditions
to bring us to a new awareness of self and others. Through meditation,
centering prayer, healing practices, yoga, and music, we renew
or learn new practices for managing stress, releasing blocks towards
loving personal relationships, or rediscovering purpose.
We will learn how to "be with" recent world events with
peace and purpose. Our work together can free creativity, compassion,
and strength. We will learn that silence can nourish body, mind
and spirit, thus connecting more deeply to Divine Love and Wisdom.
We will end with a ceremony for peace for the world and ourselves.

May 16th at 1pm. On-site registration from 5pm to 6:30pm on Friday.
